Vanessa serves as the Chief Membership Officer of Countrywide Flyers, where she leads membership growth, pilot engagement, and community development for our dynamic Orlando-based flying club at Orlando Apopka Airport (X04).
With a deep passion for aviation access and community building, Vanessa is committed to making flying more approachable, more affordable, and more welcoming for every pilot who walks through our doors. She believes aviation should not feel intimidating or exclusive — it should feel empowering.
As the driving force behind our membership experience, Vanessa focuses on cultivating a culture where student pilots, time-builders, CFIs, and seasoned aviators feel supported from day one. From onboarding new members to strengthening engagement within The Aviator Network, she ensures every pilot feels like they’re part of something bigger than just airplane rentals — they’re part of a movement.
