Every membership starts with a one-time $99 joining fee, followed by the applicable monthly membership dues. Aircraft rental, flight instruction, fuel or other services and experiences are separate unless specifically included.
For the website design, I would put the $99 TO JOIN in a small red badge at the top of every membership card, with the monthly price much larger underneath. That makes the pricing structure immediately clear without letting the joining fee visually compete with the monthly dues.
