Membership does not guarantee aircraft availability at any specific date or time. Availability may be affected by:

  • Scheduling demand

4. FAA Compliance & Aviation Disclaimer

Countrywide Flyers operates in compliance with applicable FAA regulations.

All flight operations are subject to:

  • Insurance restrictions

Membership does not guarantee pilot certification, ratings, or completion of flight training.

11. Payment & Refund Policy

Hourly aircraft charges are based on Hobbs or tach time, as applicable.

Failure to pay outstanding balances may result in:

  • Suspension of privileges
  • Collection efforts
  • Legal action

12. Intellectual Property
