Originally from Nashville, Tennessee, Hayes Barnett brings a friendly, focused, and encouraging approach to flight instruction at Countrywide Flyers. He completed his flight training at EPIC Flight Academy, where he developed a strong foundation in safety, professionalism, and student-centered instruction.

Hayes enjoys helping students build confidence in the cockpit while developing the knowledge, discipline, and decision-making skills needed to become safe and capable pilots. His goal is to make training both productive and enjoyable, whether a student is taking their first flight lesson or working toward the next certificate or rating.

Outside of aviation, Hayes enjoys surfing, hunting and fishing, playing and watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.
