Step 1 — Application Review
Our team will review the information you submitted and prepare your onboarding process.
Step 2 — Personal Follow-Up
A Countrywide Flyers representative will contact you directly to:

- Review scheduling procedures
- Explain club policies and operations
- Coordinate your orientation
Step 3 — Schedule Your Orientation
During your orientation, you’ll:
- Tour the facility and aircraft
- Learn about scheduling and member access
- Review safety procedures
- Meet other pilots and members
- Learn how our aviation co-op operates
Step 4 — Complete Your Aircraft Check-Out Flight
Your check-out flight helps ensure you’re comfortable and familiar with:
- Aircraft procedures
- Club operations
- Scheduling systems
- Safety standards
- Aircraft handling and local procedures
This flight is also a great opportunity for us to get to know your aviation background and flying goals.
